Shipping
1. All Lingerie Studio orders receive FREE priority mail shipping. Deliveries are normally provided by UPS. We also provide FREE shipping to P.O. Boxes.
2. We provide overnight shipping for a flat rate of $20 per order. Please contact us at our toll free number for any orders requiring overnight delivery.
3. Shipping is only available within the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. There is a $20.00 flat rate for shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom. This charge will be added to your total when the items are processed and shipped. We regret we cannot fill any other international orders at this time.
Returns & Refunds
In the event you are unsatisfied with your selection and require an exchange or refund, please email us at Returns for a return authorization number. You may also call our toll free number(1-866LSTUDIO) to receive a return authorization number which is required to process a return.
Returns must be received within ten days from the date received for a refund. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the delivery date for a merchandise credit. HOLIDAY ITEMS(items purchased between Nov 1st and Dec 24th) MAY BE RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT UNTIL JANUARY 31st. All items must be returned to us in its original condition with all tags attached. All Sale items are a final sale.
Return shipping fees are not refundable. There will be a $15.00 fee for all shipments "Refused" at delivery. We recommend you mail items back to us freight prepaid and insured for your protection. We will not accept any packages sent without the proper postage.
Privacy
We respect a customers wish to shop anonymously. We only use personal information to process sales transactions, track demograhics and consumer trends and to provide us with a list of customers for special services and promotional offers. We do not provide anyone outside of our company with data on our customers nor do we purchase data on our customers.
Processing and Delivery times
An acknowledgement of your on-line order will be mailed to you within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
All styles and sizes listed in our on-line boutique are available for immediate delivery. Orders are processed and shipped daily from our boutique in Boston,Massachusetts. Items are normally received within three to five days from the date of purchase. We may, however, be temporarily out of stock in some sizes and/or colors. We make every effort to quickly process re-orders for popular items and aim to deliver your order within four weeks. Out of stock items imported from Europe may exceed our 4 week delivery guarantee. In the event we cannot deliver your fine lingerie within four weeks, we will provide you with a 10% discount towards your next Lingerie Studio purchase.
Gift Orders
Fine lingerie makes an excellent gift for discriminating women. All of our orders are wrapped in delicate tissue paper and are shipped in our custom boxes embossed with our signature platinum and black logo free of charge. Our standard packaging creates a beautiful presentation on its own but for that extra special someone we will wrap your gift in exquisite paper surrounded by beautiful satin ribbon. With our gift order packaging your special gift is sure to be a hit. A separate gift tag will also be provided so you can personalize your intimate apparel gift. Gift order wrapping is available for an additional $6.00 per purchase.
